I did the editing on this melancholic film that was made for Stutterheim, a brand that creates handmade rainwear. It was nice to be a part of a project that was abstract and dramatic in it’s tone.
I wasn’t involved in the process of making this video up until the editing. So to receive the team’s pre-work such as storyboard, moodboard, treatment and footage, and from there interpret what they wanted to convey, was a really good experience. It felt like I was given a manual, which I had to read with great care and then lastly build the video from it.
When it finally hit the front page of Stutterheim’s website during the spring of 2017, it made me feel really proud.
